2024 PFPO Appraiser Certification Courses
The Police Fitness Personnel of Ontario (PFPO) will be hosting Appraiser Certification and Re-certification Courses Feb 12 – 15, 2024. Registration is now open.

At the 2024 PFPO Annual General Meeting votes were held for the Executive of the PFPO. The new list can be found under the About section of the website.
Official Launch of Canada’s 24-hour Movement Guidelines for Adults
The guidelines have been developed in partnership with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, Public Health Agency of Canada, Queen’s University and ParticipACTION. They will integrate recommendations for physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep.
The date of the release is Thursday, October 15th at 1300 hours. It will be by live webcast. All fitness appraisers, exercise professionals and interested members of the general public are invited to attend.
