Official Launch of Canada’s 24-hour Movement Guidelines for Adults

The guidelines have been developed in partnership with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, Public Health Agency of Canada, Queen’s University and ParticipACTION. They will integrate recommendations for physical activity, sedentary behaviour and sleep.
